Getting Started
Choose the membership that fits your hot tub and how often it's used. Ready handles recurring water testing, balancing, filter care, and scheduled drain-and-refill services so your spa stays clean, healthy, and ready whenever you want to use it.
Ready currently serves Monument and surrounding communities and is expanding throughout Colorado's Front Range.
If we're not in your area yet, request service anyway. The communities with the most demand help shape where we expand next.
Simply choose a membership or request service through our website.
We'll confirm your location, learn more about your hot tub, and recommend the membership that best fits your needs based on how many people use your hot tub and how frequently it's used.
Yes.
Ready memberships have no long-term commitment. You can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice.
Not a long-term contract.
Ready memberships include a simple membership agreement that authorizes recurring service and billing. There are no long-term commitments, and you can cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice.
Membership & Service
Every scheduled visit includes the professional care your hot tub needs, from water testing and balancing to filter cleaning, hot tub cover cleaning, debris removal, and routine water care.
Our goal is simple: you enjoy your hot tub, and we'll take care of the rest.
That depends on how often it's used, and how many people use it.
Light-use spas often do well with monthly service, while families, vacation homes, and heavily used spas typically benefit from bi-weekly or weekly care.
We'll help you choose the membership that's right for your spa.
Swim spa memberships are coming soon.
Ready is currently focused on delivering exceptional recurring care for residential hot tubs. Swim spa memberships are part of our expansion plans, and we'll announce availability as soon as they're ready.
If you're interested in swim spa care, we'd love to hear from you.

We'll communicate with you by text, so you know when your recurring service appointment is scheduled and when your hot tub or swim spa is ready.
Water Care
No.
Ready takes care of chemicals, testing, balancing, and adjusting your water so you don't have to guess which chemicals to add or when.
No.
Water can look perfectly clear while still being out of balance, under-sanitized, or carrying contaminants that aren't visible.
Healthy water requires proper testing, not just appearance.
Cloudy water can be caused by low sanitizer levels, unbalanced chemistry, dirty filters, heavy use, or water that has simply reached the end of its life.
Proper testing identifies the cause instead of guessing.
Foam is commonly caused by body oils, lotions, detergents from swimsuits, cosmetics, and dissolved contaminants that build up over time.
Foam suppressants may hide the symptom temporarily, but older water often needs balancing or replacing.
As hot tub water ages, dissolved solids and contaminants continue to build up.
Eventually, adding more chemicals becomes less effective because the water itself needs to be replaced.
Fresh water often solves problems that additional chemicals cannot.
Most residential hot tubs benefit from a complete drain, refill, and rebalance every three to four months, depending on usage.
Heavy use may require more frequent water changes.
Biofilm is a microscopic layer of bacteria and organic buildup that can develop inside plumbing lines.
It's one reason a proper purge before draining is an important part of maintaining healthy water.
A strong chlorine smell usually isn't caused by too much chlorine.
More often, it's the result of used-up sanitizer reacting with contaminants in the water.
Proper testing determines what the water actually needs.
Green water can be caused by algae, metals, improper sanitizer levels, or unbalanced water chemistry.
Testing is the fastest way to identify the actual cause.
Equipment & Spa Health
Yes.
Proper water chemistry helps reduce scale, corrosion, and unnecessary wear on pumps, heaters, plumbing, seals, and other equipment.
Balanced water protects both your comfort and your investment.
Yes.
Water that's consistently out of balance can contribute to scaling, corrosion, clogged filters, shortened equipment life, and expensive repairs.
Routine maintenance helps prevent many of these issues.
Yes.
While routine maintenance does not include mechanical repairs, we keep an eye on the overall condition of your spa and let you know if we notice anything unusual.
Choosing a Membership
We'll recommend the best membership based on:
- How often your hot tub is used
- Number of users
- Your maintenance goals
- Whether it's a primary residence or vacation home
Swim spa memberships will be available in the future.
Many homeowners enjoy maintaining their own hot tub.
Others find that recurring maintenance removes the frustration of balancing water, remembering drain schedules, troubleshooting cloudy water, and constantly managing chemicals.
Ready exists to help you enjoy ownership, not replace homeowners who enjoy doing it themselves.
Vacation Rentals
Yes.
Vacation rental spas typically experience much heavier use than residential spas and require more frequent water care.
Ready offers maintenance plans specifically designed for short-term rentals. Schedule Your Property Assessment.
Yes.
Every vacation rental service is scheduled between guest stays. We clean, test, and balance your hot tub to help ensure every guest arrives to a clean, healthy, and ready-to-enjoy hot tub.
